Jenny joined Redway as HR Business Partner in 2022, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience from a diverse range of industries. She rose quickly to the role of Head of Strategy and Delivery and is a highly capable practitioner who excels at quickly understanding client businesses and their needs. She has successfully managed complex HR issues and change management projects using her no-nonsense, pragmatic approach. One of our management trainers and HR mentors, she provides valuable insights and support to stand alone HR practitioners and those wishing to increase their influence or rise into more senior HR roles.
Jenny is also an Excel whizz who loves nothing better than turning boring data into valuable HR insights, allowing continual improvement and engagement for teams!

Katrina Hoskins joined Redway HR in July 2020. Before joining the team Katrina had gained over 20 years HR experience, predominantly in the Pharmaceutical industry. Katrina is an experienced Human Resources Consultant, specialising in Employment Relations.
This includes end to end case management of; Attendance, Performance, Grievance, Disciplinary, Harassment & Bullying and Employment Tribunals. Her exceptional organisational skills, enable the management of multiple cases without loss of accuracy. Katrina has the proven resilience to work effectively within a rapidly changing organisation, with a flexible approach to the demands of a busy environment.

Amy Slatter is an experienced Human Resources Manager, specialising in employee engagement and mediation. Amy is a great communicator and can balance different stakeholders’ perspectives and values to engage employees, drive organisation effectiveness and develop organisation strategies.
Amy has experience working within the public sector and private sectors, in particular managing the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, contracts, continued professional development, capability and disciplinary case management.

Julie is an experienced operations and systems manager who has been part of the Redway HR journey for a number of years.
With a background in recruitment, education, business operations, HR administration and also in running her own business, her support behind the scenes is often invisible but is certainly essential.
Julie supports our clients with everything from note taking at meetings such as investigations or disciplinary hearings, she adds her expertise to recruitment and to the implementation and use of HR Information Systems.
Julie understands the importance of building strong relationships with different clients and has excellent communication and organisation skills.
