Why use us?
Our coaching and mentoring come in packages of 4, 6 or 8 sessions depending on individual needs. Reassuringly we offer a free chemistry session so that you can decide if our approach is right for you before committing.
You have the option of face to face or ‘walk and talk’ coaching, where your location is convenient. Alternatively, we also use MS Teams for remote coaching. If it would be helpful, these sessions can be recorded for you to playback in the future.

With more direct input that coaching, our mentoring shares knowledge and experience to support the development of the coachee. We support your growth in HR , helping you build confidence, navigate challenges, increase impact and influence and prepare to take meaningful steps in your career.
