Liz Redway has worked in HR and Leadership Development for nearly 25 years, both in the UK and internationally. Her expertise has been honed across a range of sectors including retail, scientific, education, government and not-for-profit. This covers working in-house and as an external consultant across a variety of projects from large change projects to team development to first time employee compliance.

She now runs her own award-winning practice offering outsourced HR, HR project consultancy and leadership development to clients across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and London. This is something which generates a host of interesting case studies and entertaining anecdotes.

Liz loves to bring the field of people management and leadership to life though sharing her experiences and insight as a guest speaker at corporate events. Her audiences enjoy her straight forward approach, her ability to simplify complexities and her smiling and engaging manner. She is a solution-focused individual who seeks to inform and empower those she comes into contact with, through creating purposeful actions, so they can achieve their personal and professional goals.
