Our ESG / B Corp measures
Our goal is to be the partner of choice for building high-performing, engaged workforces, for organisations making a positive impact on workplaces and society.
Each year our team volunteer for causes which enable young or disadvantaged workers to learn new skills which enable them to access fulfilling careers or help to mitigate the environmental impact of our business, for example through conservation and rewilding projects.
We set targets for ourselves and monitor data such as:
- volunteer hours
- charitable donations
- single use plastic
- employee engagement
- employee burnout
- use of local suppliers
- use of suppliers with high ESG standards
- use of public transport over single occupancy cars
- employees using smart plugs to reduce power usage
- clients using paper free people management software
- budget savings for charity clients using our services
We make sure that environmental and social responsibilities are built into job descriptions and our expectations for the team and are wholly embedded into our company culture and everything we do.
We also offer support to organisations in certifying as B Corp for the first time or those seeking reaccreditation.
